General Terms

Prices may be subject to change based upon demand, subject of the commission and deadline the artwork is required

I have the rights to reject any order for any reason

Payment
-
Prices will be discussed upon accepting the commission
-
A 20% non refundable deposit will be payed up front after discussing the terms of the commission and 80% upon completion of the commission via Paypal/bank transfer
-
If deposit or final payment hasn't been paid within a week of invoice without notice the commission will be cancelled/10% late fee will be added to the final cost and a new invoice sent out for each week late

Communication, Process and delivery

Turnaround for art work can take between 2 days - 2 months, although can vary depending upon commission, health, other commitments and will be discussed upon inquiry.

You will be regularly updated through email throughout the process (or other discussed platform e.g. discord), failure to respond can lead to delays in commission

Artwork will be watermarked throughout the process until the final payment has been made

Upon completion you will receive the image un-watermarked and full resolution in discussed scale via google drive, digital download via email or physical print

Revisions

You will get 2 chances to make revisions at the final stages of your commission

A 10% revision fee will be in place if anymore revisions need to be made or if extra time is needed on the final image and will be discussed in the event of this

Copyright and usage
I (the artist):
-
reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You (the customer)
-
may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)
-
may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
-
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (unless discussed for this purpose)
The following is considered copyright infringement:
-
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

Claiming the artwork as your own

Altering the artwork without my consent

In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased

Refunds and cancellation

Deposit is non refundable unless I can no longer start the commission for any reason.

You may request to cancel any order before your commission has begun production
-
Do not request charge back as I will personally send the funds back.

If charge back is made after I have started/finished your commission you will loose any rights to the artwork and Paypal will be notified
